Ardee Civil Advances Key Works on Sydney Water Pumping Station

August 2025 — Ardee Civil continues to deliver on its commitment to technical excellence and collaboration, progressing major works on the SWPGA SP1209 Pumping Station in partnership with Sydney Water’s West Region Delivery Team (WRDT).

This critical infrastructure project is designed to strengthen Sydney’s wastewater network by improving system capacity, reliability, and long-term performance.

So far, the team has made strong progress on site. Deep excavation works have been completed safely, paving the way for the construction of the wet well — a major structure that will house key components of the pumping system. Several underground maintenance structures have also been built and backfilled, while the installation of low-level pipework has been completed using industry-leading safety practices.
