Navigating Complex Site Conditions for Large Industrial Development

Ardee Civil is proud to showcase our ongoing work at a major industrial development in Horsley Park, where we continue to deliver exceptional construction services with a focus on quality, innovation, and collaboration.

Our scope includes comprehensive sewer installation comprising the construction of 21 manholes and the installation of approximately 940 metres of DN300 GRP carrier main via microtunnelling, alongside 700 metres of DN225 PP pipeline installed using open-cut methods.

In addition, we are installing potable water infrastructure featuring 1,250 metres of DN150 PVC and 400 metres of DN150 DICL main.

To address challenging ground conditions, steel outer casings are employed in softer, non-self-supporting alluvial soils, while the freeboring technique is utilised in stable, self-supporting shale formations.
